or should it be more like once every seven days . i realise that rest is important which is why ive structured my workout to hit everybody part once every 10 days, but is this sufficient to get bigger and stronger?

depends on whoyou ask.

I usually train on an upper then lower body regimen.1 day on 1 day off, SAT & SUN off. Each section gets trained 1-2 times per week.

I think 10 days is too much. I can have an intense workout and 5 days later I'll feel fine. But I train every 7 days. (example; legs every friday) I'd try 7 days at most.

When doing my strongman lifts, it is very hard to lift a bodypart every 7 days...but it is possible.

I don't think thats often enough 5 days is plenty of rest for me, but some people need more, there lots of variables. I'd try 7 days and see how you feel and adjust as needed.

I'd say that's too long. Especially for small bodyparts like calves and bi's. Are you drug free? If you're on AS, then it's surely too long.
