or should it be more like once every seven days . i realise that rest is important which is why ive structured my workout to hit everybody part once every 10 days, but is this sufficient to get bigger and stronger? thanks | ||

depends on whoyou ask. I usually train on an upper then lower body regimen.1 day on 1 day off, SAT & SUN off. Each section gets trained 1-2 times per week. ------------------ | ||

I think 10 days is too much. I can have an intense workout and 5 days later I'll feel fine. But I train every 7 days. (example; legs every friday) I'd try 7 days at most. | ||

When doing my strongman lifts, it is very hard to lift a bodypart every 7 days...but it is possible. B True | ||

I don't think thats often enough 5 days is plenty of rest for me, but some people need more, there lots of variables. I'd try 7 days and see how you feel and adjust as needed. | ||

I'd say that's too long. Especially for small bodyparts like calves and bi's. Are you drug free? If you're on AS, then it's surely too long. ------------------ |
