sorry to ask another question about biceps, but i checked the archives and i didn't see a question like mine.

i mainly do barbell curls, dropping down in weight after 1-2 sets. But sometimes i feel my body hasn't even got used to the weight. in the past i knew i could up the weight when my form was near perfect and i didn't need to drop weight to do more than 2-3 sets (of 6-8n reps).

recently i've been 'stuck' on one weight not even seeing too much of an increase in reps. i feel i might be doing too many sets, but in the archives other do just as many as me (are they allowed to since they've lifted for a long time ->i've done biceps since august).

i do
3-4 sets barbell curl, drop setting,
1 set reverse curl,
2 sets concentration curl
or
2 sets preacher curl

i realise you are probably sick of guys asking questions on biceps 24/7 but any help or thoughts on the matter would be much appreciated

that workout looks fine, however where does it fit together with the rest of your workouts? and no that's not too many sets, unless it's the same day as back.

i do bicpes with triceps and shoulders

in this sort of pattern
day 1. light cardio
day 2. chest + back
day 3. Legs + Abs
day 4. off
day 5. arms and shoulders
day 6. Cardio

its not that my biceps are small in comparison to the rest of my body (there not that huge either )its just my bi's show theslowes gains. should i do biceps twice a week?

that's a good split, I did that for a while. No do not do biceps twice a week. it will take away from your other gains which are IMO more important. perhaps you could do 1 set to failure after your back workout. It is kinda difficult to get a 5 star back, and chest workout on the same day. but it's very very doable.
