I do no direct oblique work. I feel that my squatting and other abdominal work take care of this enough. I also on occasion do some stability work w/ a plyoball, which works the transverse abdominus. Which also helps with astetiches. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

obliques make your physique straight with no taper and ugly, unless you bf% is under 5% obliques do not look so attractive. IMO dont work them, your will get enough work on them when squating, and deadlifting. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
