All looks good, just be careful of the knees from jogging at your weight. It can be stressful on them or you can get shin splints if you are prone to them. I jog a bit but prefer cycle, row, step and bag/pad work for cardio. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Sounds like Body for Life. 6 days training 3 days weights every other day, and 3 days cardio. Six small meals per day. I did it, and lost a lot of fat also. Good work. Are you still cutting? How long did it take you? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
