Anyone know anything about this? I hear its supposed to help your muscles get bigger and stay harder. Any info appreciated. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

If its the same as iso tension posing then it is this. Following your set in the gym of whatever, you tense and squeeze that particular body part. Apparently as the muscle is pumped and stretched out it stretches the fibres further than normal, allowing for more growth and improving definition. I have found it doesn't allow for much more growth but stretching and tensing the pumped muscle can help to keep it supple and improve striations/definition. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Wasn't it Arnold who said this was a must, especially during precontest? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I've read several places that its a must, but thats about it... I've been trying it though. Whether it has done anything extra is beyond me. Might work better when you have low low bodyfat %. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
