Monday: deads, upright rows, regular rows (not sure name...one end of the bar) shrugs

Tuesday: Bench, Inlince, military, tri pull downs, bicipes

Wed: off

Thursday: Squat,calves

Friday: same as monday, no deads

Sat: same as tuesday

Sun: Off

This is the best routine I've come up with so far to split up deads and squats, and I'm doing back and shoulders on the same day because all my lifts are rowing motions and I don't use dumbells. How does this look for a mass only routine? I like to do military on a seperate day then bench so I can get the full exertion, but I don't see a way to do this to where I can recover fully from both, other than doing them the same day. let me know how this looks, thanks

I like it, I think the "regular rows" are t-bar rows. You lift one end of a bar that has handles on it.

I also use t bar rows for upper back. I use the wide grip. They are really good

yeah bro i like em a lot..my neighbor basically gave me an old tbar machine which is pretty shady because the way it's designed the leverage kinna sux and it's hard to balance standing up. i have to like do a full force lift up then kind of lean back to counter the weight. It works decently but if I had a gym membership i would definitely rather use the one that you can lean on.
