I do lots of warm up sets, but they are all very low rep sets. 45 x 20 This was one of my most recent chest workouts. My first hard set was with 403.5...I totally killed myself on the 345 set. judging from my experience,i experienced huge gains in strength and size w/ low rep training.my bench routine looks like this: w/up @ 45 x 20,135 x 12,225 x 6,315 x 1 work sets @ 275 x 6,295 x 4,295 x 4.that's where i'm at right now and my chest has exploded.fyi. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
