I workout chest twice a week Barbell workouts on Mon. and Dumbell workouts on Fri. My chest is kind of flabby and I want to tightin it up. Can someone give me some advice on how many sets and reps I should do, and what lifts I should be doing. I do the normal Bench, Incline, Decline, and Flies with each. And is it alright to workout chest twice a week.

Once a week is fine for me.
this is my chest workout:
3sets Incline Flyes
3sets DB flat bench press
2sets dips
2sets cable flyes

don't do decline/flat/incline all with a barbell.

how sore does your chest get? it would be possible for me to work chest twice a week, but not without taking precious energy for my leg and back workouts. put more energy into your back workouts (if your not all ready, I don't know?) my chest responded so much better since I've been hitting heavy pullups/rows/shrugs.

Twice a week is fine if your goal is to cut bodyfat. I'd try having a heavy day on the friday when you've had the most rest for muscle growth. Then on the Monday have a lighter day with higher reps to concentrate on the burn and cutting. Vary as much as possible with your excercises rather than doing all bb one day and all db the next.

Your doing way too much. Your workouts are limited cause you know that you still have alot exercise to do. In a sense your holding back on completing a set to faliure.
Do chest once a week. But do it good.
Incline barbell first three working sets
flat dumbbells or barbell 2 sets
some type of flys three sets

All sets are in the rep range of 6-12. If you can complete more than 12 then the weight is too light, or if less than 6 weight is too heavy.

All sets are completed to faliure. If you have a spotter you can use forced or cheated reps for the last few reps.

Eat, sleep and grow.
