Okay this isn't related to anabolics, I'm looking for a website, that has the exact poundages to use, and exercises to do to make you grow, It has all the different variations for weight, and Gives you precise detailed instructions so you can start off low and work your way up, something good for a begginner but anyone could really use..there used to be a magazine like this, I saw it once a long time ago, and am looking for some information like this....Email me or post back guys thanx!

Try Body for Life. You can buy the book, or I think the web site is www.bodyforlife.com. You'll be able to see many before and after pics. That program will help give you a strong work ethic about yourself, and your workout program.

I finsihed it a few months ago, and had good results. Many of the concepts in the book are very effective. However, he prefers to have people workout early in the morning on an empty stomach, which helps you to lose weight, but you can lose muscle too. But basically, it's a pretty good routine.

That program won't give exact weights to use, because everyone is different in their training needs. Some people start out stronger than other to begin with. But, it does teach you to write down what you would like to accomplish, and your training intensity levels, and will help you to reach your goals. I know when I did it, I surpassed all of my goals, and since then I've changed my routine dramatically and had even more success. But, it was an excellent learning tool.

Hot Bod is definitely on the right track. bodyforlife is an excellent site to start with a good program. As you become more advanced you'll want to change your routines a little to heigthen the different areas you want to focus on.
