I have been working out for about a year and everybody argues about what the best way to lift is. So I am asking for the "ideal" workout routine.... One that would fit in well with a cycle of roids..... Any help is greatly appreciated....

I perfer doing 2 exercise per muscle group.Reps range from 4-12. usually 6-8.

sets are usually 2. I beleive in high intensity. I like to train upper on day1, lower on day3.And repeat with weekend off. I like the feel of my whole body getting pumped.
Im 24 6ft 218 @ 11.8%
