Hi, i've been trying to bench press with dumbells as i have no spotter on advice i recieved here ![]() My left arm has always been weaker than my right. Do you think it's to do with poorer stabiliser muscles in my left arm, or improper warming up..? It means i feel i could be lifting more and i end up going to the machine to bench out of frustration as i can get any decent reps done (though now i bench more weight on the machine than i ever used to). I didn't really know what to search under in the archives as this is quite specific so turned up nothing there so i was wondering if anybody out there knew what the heck was up with me! any thoughts or comments would be much appreciated. sounds like weaker stabilizers in the left arm. pyramid the weight up with wieght you can control for a good 10-12 reps in a couple of weeks those muscles should adapt. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
