guys i need to find a exercise that will help me finish cuttin up my pect from my nipple to my armpit. i cant find any exercises that seem to help. if any of yall know of a good one let me know. mike | ||

my diet is already clean and i do alot of cardio. its just that my inner portion of my chest is nice and striated, but from my nips to my armpit i need some work. and i already do incline/decline/flat/and dips. i need a exercise that puts more emphasis on that area of my chest. mike | ||

When I started focusing on incline dbs, that area of my chest grew like mad. I've got a shit load of stretch marks there now. I think overheads hit it good too. ------------------ | ||

Dips sound good. You need more overall mass in my opinion. Just give it time. You are tall and probably have long arms. Chest takes time. B True | ||

Wide grip bench press will develop outer chest. It also hits inner front deltoid causing more definition between delt and outer chest. | ||

Declined flies, wide grip declined bench, weighted dips with a wide grip (not leaning forwards as much). |
