this may or may not be a stupid question..is there any exercises that target just above your knees?.eg from the knee to about 6 inches up the leg..im starting to see development in my thighs and think i need a bit extra around the knee area, and cant think of any exercises that would work.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Atg squats hit that area pretty well. As do extensions. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

nope, no isolation movement for different parts of the quad at all, it doesn't exist. that stuff about facing the toes a certain way during leg ext. etc, is false. like the bro said ATF squats= full range of motion= thorough quad movement. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

There are mixed opinions, but i believe you can isolate that area with leg extensions. I definately feel that area working more with extensions than I do with squats. Not to bring down squats, they are great for overall leg developement. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
