Stand with your back straight and at a 45 degree angle. Pull the weight up and towards your groin, and then slowly lower it until your arms are stretched straight out. When the weight is by your groin make sure you get a good contraction with your back muscles. This exercise can do wonders for your back! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Before you lift try and arch your back upwards by sticking your stomach out. If your back curves downwards this is very stressful on the lumbar region. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
