Alright looking for some ideas on what is causing this. The last two workouts the exact same thing has happened, so I don't think its just chance. Today, I warmed up legs with a couple low intensity sets of squats. I am an avid HITer, so next was my leg extensions and leg presses to failure. When I finished extensions I was cool, well legs dying but that is normal. Went to leg press, and started. Fucking pain goes straigt to my right temple, same as last week (where I quit last time). I pressed on, on the third rep I was trying to control my breathing but it shot across my forehead, I started seeing stars. Kept going, and then the pain shot down the back of my neck, and started getting dizzy. Had to stop. What the heck is going on? Exact same thing happened last week. I am not holding my breath, at least very badly, doing exactly the same as I have always did it. This is really getting annoying. I tried to go back over to squats to to my 'big movement' over, replacing the presses, but my head instantly started killing me. Had to sit down for about 15 minutes and threw in a set or two of hamstring curls. Any ideas on what is going on? Or has anyone had this happen before? | ||

I had a friend who used to have the same thing happen to him with legs. But that's when he first started training. Doesn't seem to bother him anymore. Are you taking any caffine, ephedrine, or other herbal aids before training? Many people get headaches by not getting their daily caffine, or if they get too much of it. Other than that I can't think of anything. ------------------ |
