This may be kind of vague but I have been bulking for awhile now, I've been eating a lot and lifting heavy with low reps. I am not following a precise diet knowing exactly how many calories, pro/carb/fat/ that I am consuming each day, I do have pretty good estimates because I eat pretty close to the same things every day,,, not exactly the same stuff but close. Well I figured if I'm lifting everything else heavy why not work my stomach out heavy also. So I added weights to the routines I usually do for stomach, and suprisingly I come very close to the same reps as I did befor going heavy. Well lately I've noticed by stomach muscles protruding more,,, I don't know if it is actually working and they are getting bigger that quick or is it just the extra fat I've been putting on emphasizeing the muscle structure, because I have been putting on some fat also. I don't know maybe its a little bit of both. What do you guys think. If you guys do respond, sorry I won't be able to reply till later tonight.

Well I hope I'm on my way,,, now the real test will be when ever I decide to start trying to shave the fat down. I don't really know when that will be, I'm assuming its going to be hard because I really don't mind over eating like I've been doing I actually really like it.

In my experience extra fat on your tummy never improves the appearance of your abs. If they are looking better then I'd say you're growing some muscles! Keep it up.
