Im not interested in a mass or ripping program for the legs. Im intersted in a strait powerlifting strength and power building workout for the legs. It all about strength & power. List exercises reps sets etc.

If you want to gain leg strength I recommend focusing on core exercises. Squats and Deadlifts. I train HIT style and 20 rep high intensity squats and deads have helped me out a lot. Here's my leg routine. Very simple, but very intense.

Monday
Squat 1 x 20 reps to failure

Thursday
Deadlifts 1 x 20 reps to failure

I always do 2-3 warm up sets. And I always add 2-5 pound every week or two to each lift.

Train Intensely, Infrequently and Briefly

dead up to 20 = an injury waiting to happen. never go over 7. you can fatigue stablizers and make yourself prone to injury if you do anything else that day.

strength is have squats about 6 working sets and deads 6 working sets. seperate days.

visit pwr lftng board.
