I'm doing it, and just don't know what to expect. It seems to be pretty hard to keep myself away from the gym. I'm feeling as if I'm losing precious time by not training as much as I used to( 4-5 days /week). So, any success stories, guys?

I have to go 3 or 4 times a week. HIT works very well, but: you have to remember that on your days off your still dieting and not running around getting in trouble, drinking etc. May not be a prob for you, but I need the gym to keep my focus.

you can still do a H.I.T workout 3 days a week. and Mon/Wed/Fr Push/Pull/Legs routine would work very well.

Hi Kirill,
I have gained more on HIT than I did using the convetional ways of training. I know it can be hard being away from the gym. I recommend picking up another hobby. When I'm not in the gym, I'm most likely online trying to help others with their training or I read books on HIT or similar topics. If you ever want to read a good book, I recommend Beyond Brawn. I enjoyed it. Mike Mentzer's books are good, but they can be hard to follow at times. Sometimes I think that Mike is an alien. I believe that if he wished to be more successful, he would keep things simple instead of using a lot words that you'd have to look up in a dictionary. I understood his books, I did have to use a dictionary more than once. I let my brother borrow the book and he came back and threw it in my face. He thought that I gave him the book as a joke, because he couldn't understand it. Pretty funny. But I'm going through it with him. If you have any questions about HIT, you can always ask me. I'm always more than willing to help someone and I know that big bear is the same way. Take care.
