i used to do arms/shoudlers, chest/back, and legs but now i have to start liftin for football at school and it's three days a week
monday-upperbody(focus on chest), wed-legs, and fri- upperbody(focus on chest,shoulders)

i do my legs again on sunday my own and cardio on tues, thurs, sat
but i don't know if i can make gains doing my entire upperbody on one day, there is simply no way i can fit in another day for
my arms and still have enough time to recover and go lift at school..am i gonna still gain if i work my entire upperbody on one day

If you are training for football, maybe you should look at what exercises, not bodyparts you should train on what days. Train for function, not muscle size only. Just an idea. Email me for more thoughts.
