I dont think so bro. Not for me anyway. I get more power out of the straight bar I think. Just feels right

deadlifts with a triangle bar seem like a hybrid mix between a squat and a deadlift. they do not stress the lower back to the same degree- which depending on your goals may be good or bad.

if they were any good pwr lftrs would adopt them into meets.

I am never leaving my straight 7' 45 lb bar
everyone makes a big deal about the straight bar being a hassle. wimps

I use the trap/triangle bar for deadlifts. my strength coach says its better for developing your hips, glutes and quads. it targets your legs much better. the straight bar puts more strain on your lowerback. the triangle bar allows for more strict form and focus on the legs rather than lower back.
