i play high school football and currently workin g out 3 times a week at my high school but i feel like i can do alot more... must teenage hormones or sumthin..on monday and fridays are primarily upper body workouts including chest and tri's... i was wonderin if i was hindering my growth by doin 10 sets of 25 pushups the day after i train my chest... cuz i've heard that pushups help the recovery process, but i also want my muscles to get enough rest. should i stop doin pushups or no. ne advice would be helpful. i feel i gain the most while i'm doin pushups. and what would be ur opinion on pull ups and dips the same day as push ups thank you ![]() | ||

If you can do 250 push ups the day after chest, then you are not training hard enough. B True ![]() |
