I am 16 years old and have been lifting for about a year (5'10", 170lbs.). And ever since i was 13 i've noticed from fat storage around the nipples that caused swelling of the nipple. Which is an unproportional fatty area with my developed chest, and generally very unappealing. The reason i have doubts that it is not gyno is that i've have never been on roids nor have i ever been overweight. I also hope that it is just a puberty thing and will eventually go away, but i doubt it. Also, i have heard that the fatty area caused by gyno is itchy and painful, and i have never experienced any pain or itchiness in that region. However, it is not a problem when the nipple is arect. Any opinions and suggestions?

is it just a little loose skin around the nip. is the nipple oval shaped? does it completely go away when their "erect" if you answer yes to all of these questions, you DON'T have gyno. it is very doubtful that you do.

yes, it COMPLETELY goes away when it is erect. Any suggestions on getting rid of this, one idea i have is expanding my ribcage so it pulls the loose skin. But how do i do this?

no, I have a similar case. but it by no means looks unnatural or unsightly. nope, nothing you can do. expanding the rib cage: is mostly a myth. just building larger pecs might help. but keep in mind the chest gets WAY bigger when it is pumped. the skin will adapt to the pumped chest, meaning it will still be a little loose the other 23 hours of the day.
