I try to but it is hard for me to do them. I can't hold the weight up very well. When I get it into place the bar chokes me. Just very uncomfortable.

Worry about breathing after the set? Ok, sure, if I want to lose consciousness every time or use a weight that isn't very taxing.

I have trouble with them too. I can never get the bar situated properly which ticks me off. It is an awesome exercise.

I have no problem with form and I think that they are easier on the knees.

I love em. I have no problem with the bar, I always use the cross grip and close to the throat.
