if it chokes you, you are doing it right! just do alot of low rep sets. worry about breathing deep after the set. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Worry about breathing after the set? Ok, sure, if I want to lose consciousness every time or use a weight that isn't very taxing. I have trouble with them too. I can never get the bar situated properly which ticks me off. It is an awesome exercise. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
