hey everone, im planinmg on starting on this new training routine and i wanted everyones critic. ohh and please go critic my diet over on the diet board. thanks:

monday- legs
squats 3 warmups/2 working
hack squats 2 working sets
seated leg curls 2 warmups/2 working
standing calf raises 2 warmups/2 working

wednesday- push
bench press 3 warmups/2 working
low incline bench press 2 working sets
military press 3 warmups/2 working
one arm db seated press 2 working sets
close bench press 2 warmups/2 working

friday- pull
deadlifts 3 warmups/2 working
pulldowns 2 warmups/2 working
seated rows 2 working sets
barbell curls 2 warmups/2 working
db shrugs 2 warmups/2 working

intensity cycle:
week # %1rm
1.........75
2.........80
3.........85
4.........90
5.........95
6.........100
7.........105
8.........110

meaning if my max bench is 300 then i would be doing 110% of that, not my new max(i just didnt want anyone to write back"you cant train 110% intensity)

what do you think?
