hey everone, im planinmg on starting on this new training routine and i wanted everyones critic. ohh and please go critic my diet over on the diet board. thanks: monday- legs wednesday- push friday- pull intensity cycle: meaning if my max bench is 300 then i would be doing 110% of that, not my new max(i just didnt want anyone to write back"you cant train 110% intensity) what do you think? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
