Anyone have any good sites that describe proper form for various exercises.Im very interested in the correct way to do squats and deadlifts.

This is an excellent site. It not only gives you instructions of proper form but it also has animated demonstrations of most of the exercises you will find in the gym as well as squats and deadlifts. Just scroll down and click on the exercise that you are interested in

these sites are cool

animated excercises with flash animation. click on the part of the bosy u wanna excercise and it lists the excercises, click on the one you want to do and it gives you a flash anmation on how to + a written explanation.(and also a cool soundrack) http://www.geocities.com/HotSprings/Spa/9598/
