Ive been training very intensely for 8 years now (since sophmore in highschool) but it was stricly for football. My last year of college football has just ended and it's time to start bodybuilding but Im new to it. My lifts are great (squat605,bench410,clean350,dead,550) so strength is not a prob, Im just lacking in some areas. I want to really bulk before I work on definition. So how does this program sound? Mon morning,Chest/Eve, Bi's(light). Tues morn,Quads/Eve, Hams. Weds morn,Traps+calves/Eve,Shoulders. Thur morn,Bis(heavy)/Eve,Tris. Fri morn, lower back(Dead, cleans, back extentions)/Eve, Upper back(Pullups, various Rows, pulldowns, ect...) Supplements= (Muscletech)Creatine,Andro stack, hydroxycut. Myoplex shakes 2 times a day + three more meals. I do 3 intense 10min absessions a 5 days a week. Good?Bad? let me know. Thanks

Never understood doing a thermo and creatine at the same time.....?
Program looks solid if you got the time.

Bigmann;why not?

Your program looks great! to me. If those stats are true and if you are natural then you must look awsome!

bbigman2000 and to large & in charge. They may seem hard to believe but not with my genetics. Im 6'4" 260 around 12% bf. Just look at my family, my great grandma (who recently passesd on) was 6' even. My frame comes from my moms side where her brothers(3) and dad are all around 5'8" and 200-210lbs.
And picasso, whats wrong with creatine and thermos? Are they counter productive to eachother or just a waste of money to do both. Should I just relly on the creatine and my workouts for fat loss? My metabolism is pretty slow.

Yeah they just seem counter-productive together.Personally, I've always done one or the other for 6-8 week cycles.
Just my opinion, man.Maybe one of the scientists here will tell you otherwise.

No sense taking creatine and hydroxycut. Take one or the other depending on your goals. ie: bulking up, take the creatine. If you want to get cut or ripped lay off the creatine and take hydoxy or some eca stack. When cutting up the first thing a person should do is get rid of the creatine as it swells up the muscle cells with water and can give you a bloated or watery look. Creatine and hydroxy are counterproductive. You take on water when on creatine, and when you are on hydroxy, it helps to shed water. One or the other bro, depending on your goals.
