I need help!!! Everything is big on me but my chest is weak. Could it be genetics or what? Everything is huge, but my chest just will not get that round shape to it, or get big. Any help would be appreciated.

Yea, we don't know if it is your genetics, training, diet, etc. without some more info about yourself.

I am 6"0 220lbs I get about 200g of protien, 2-300g of carbs, 20-40 grams of fat and 3,000 calories. I eat lots of chicken meat eggs and three servings of nitro tech a day. I dont do much cardio(bad I know but it is winter so I am bulking up a little). My back is great biceps are about16.5 legs are strong as all hell as well as traps delts lats etc. I work chest monday and friday. Usually Inlcline db and flyes, flat db flyes dips and cross overs. I am 21 but I feel like my chest is lacking because nobody in my family has a big chest and I feel like I might be producing to much estrogen, not enough T. Are there any good estrogen blockers out there. All help would be greatly apprecitated.

Try working the chest once a week and concentrate on the basics: bench and weighted dips.

Try training chest once a week, on a monday like I do,
with the week end off, there is nothing like hitting chest
on a monday, I use Flat bench press with incline flyes
one week and then go to incine bench with flat flyes the following
week, works for me, I have a 54" chest.
