Well, I just finished a 6 week bulking cycle and gained myself 6lbs, added about 20lbs to my squat, and my waist hasn't gotten bigger... so it looks like I've put on fair amount of muscle. I've heard much about people taking a week off after 6-8 weeks of training and then hitting the weights again and being better off. I'm wondering, should I take only one week off or should I stretch it to two? Is it significantly more beneficial to take two weeks off, or am I better off sticking to just one?

I would go crazy if I didnt lift for 2 weeks so I would just take one but if you take 2 it probably won't hurt...
