monday and thursday 1 squats 1 bench press 1 deadlifts 1 pulldowns 1 military press 1 calf press 2-3 warmups . i just started doing this so im going light and increase intensity as i go on longer(down cycling). whats up bro, how u been? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Here's my current workout. Monday Thursday Each set is taken to failure. I also do cardio on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Each cardio session is 45 minutes long and it is all low impact.
