can you post your routine?

i was thinking of trying something like this:

Squat-1x20
dips-2x8
pull up-2x8
SLDL-1x15
military press-1x8
bent row-1x8

done 2-3 times a week.

look good?

monday and thursday
1 squats
1 bench press
1 deadlifts
1 pulldowns
1 military press
1 calf press

2-3 warmups . i just started doing this so im going light and increase intensity as i go on longer(down cycling).

Here's my current workout.

Monday
Squat 1 x 20
Bench Press 1 x 6-8
Chins 1 x max.
Side Bend 1 x 10-15
Crunch 1 x 15-25

Thursday
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts 1 x 20
Overhead Barbell Press 1 x 6-8
Prone Row 1 x 8-12
Barbell Shrug 1 x 10-15
Standing Calf Raise 1 x 12-20
Seated Calf Raise 1 x 12-20

Each set is taken to failure. I also do cardio on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Each cardio session is 45 minutes long and it is all low impact. I also stretch every other day. Good luck Cackerot with your HIT workout. Let me know how it goes. Take care.
