Yes i know it means high intensity training, but when can you call it high intensity. I'm asking this so I can judge whether to try some of these routines. Just the other night I tried doing my arm routine compacted so that i superseted every excersise... check this out... BB Curl/ Narrow Grip BP x 4 ea Is this HIT? It used to take 90 minutes, this time it took about 45. Huge pump.

Conc. Curls/ DB kickbacks x 3 ea 3 min break 21s/French press x 3 ea I don't like this portion of the routine, the rest looks good though. in H.I.T. you won't use 4 exercises for each muscle group, esp. arms.

Valdez, I believe the kind of training you are doing is similar to POF (Positions of Flexion), which is a good method for muscle growth. ------------------ Check out http://pub30.ezboard.com/bhitsgymofbodybuilding -HB-

Hit rules, I train 3 days a week for about an hour each and I gain very well. I love to be in the gym but I get worse results if I spend more time there. goto www.cyberpump.com , they sum it up pretty well. |
