I am a 50 year old amateur bodybuilder. I recently tore my supraspinatus tendon which is part of the rotator cuff. I am facing surgery to repair it. I am interested if there is anyone on here who has some experience from a bodybuilder's standpoint as to how long of a rehab/recuperation period I am facing to get back to where I left off.     |
