Mine were partially collapsed, and then I did alot of plyos and sprint training, and the feet totally flattened out. It really caused ankle inflexability, shin splints, took away from my stability in the squat, and made working calves impossible (the foot just couldn't stay rigid. Definately get the orthotics (prescription, not doctor shoals. Your insurance will cover) if you have them really bad. Also lift legs, especially calves, in shoes with a very rigid bottom (i.e, workboots). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
