Should I be doing strictly ATG squats in hopes of getting a round ass?? As of now I do ATG, parallel and inbetween squats..... And no, that's not the only lower half body exercise I do.... | ||

Yes, (but as I said before...) try some deep hack squats, and ATG squats: prob the best rump builders. Lisa If you were to send me a picture of your ass via email I could probably help you out more. | ||

I do do deep hack squats, but, my squats aren't always ATG....they are whatever I'm in the mood for.......from now on ATG squats only, plus whatever else (_|_) That's my ass Valdez | ||

I think its hard to beat ATG squats, you can vary the rep speed, weights, etc etc for variety. If you work up to say, 135 for 20reps ATG (breathing squats) you are going to have some serious booty!!! ------------------ | ||

Try some really deep hacks with your feet high and wide on the platform. Also try to stay on your heals the whole time. This has worked well for most of my female clients, who are lacking shape to there glutes. | ||
