I know this will differ from person to person, based on what works for them. I would like to get a consensus on what everyone thinks is a good set number. My total sets: Chest 12-14 Bi 9 small muscle tri 12 quads 9 hams 9 calves 16 hard to overwork! shoulders 12 maybe not enough?? back 16 many angles ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
