With hockey season going into full gear [1-2 games per week] very soon and me wanting to train for football and hockey am looking for a of course a good routine. After looking into different splits I think that push-pull is best for me b/c they use the push-pull muscles on that day. I am looking for a 3 day routine. Push, pull and leg days. I kinda know when I'll be able to lift so my split will sort of look like this...

Mon- Legs, calves
Tue- Off
Wed- Push, abs
Thurs- Off
Fri- Pull
Sat- Sprinting
Sun- Off

Any advice and routine(s) are appreciated. Thanks in advance.
