I would say that it looks good, but I too am accused of overtraining so what do I know. Stick with what works for you. You will know if you are overtraining. Just listen to your body. BTW I find that supersetting my arms really works well. makes the whole arm feel inflated. Later

... Are you using this routine right now?

if you are and you're not overtrained, then i say stick with it.

what works for you, don't ask ppl here do make a program for you and then just stick to that... you should experiment too.

what are you going for tho? mass? cuts?

what is your total set count per workout rule of thumb for drug-free trainers is to keep total set count below 20per workout also allow 1 day of rest in between workouts
these simple guidelines took me a long time to discover and i wasted a lot years in my training to uncover these simple truths on gaining muscle mass.
hope this helps

Thats a nice routine if you want to gradually grow weaker, smaller, more tired, and eventually give up due to absolutely no progress. Other than that it looks great!
Way Overtraining

For some reason I sensed a little sarcasm there. Maybe it was just me *scratches head*
less sets + less reps = more strength
a + b = c
2+2=4
any questions?
OVERTRAINING!!!!!

These few exercises will work every muscle in your body if done correctly

Tim, besides the volume being too high, you are putting too much emphasis on the pressing muscles. This will leave you with the shoulder pulled forward gorilla posture, and it just doesn't look cool.
