I did legs Friday, today is Sunday and I can barely walk. Yesterday at work was rough, luckily I did not have to do a lot of bending. My quads hurt so bad. I did squats...pretty rough, then I did the 60 degree leg press instead of 45 degree leg press. That thing is killer.

After a good squats day, I'm normally sore for at least 3-4 days. I find that the second day is the absolute worst, not wanting to get up, walk, sit, anything. I take alot of glutamine after leg day especially.

quit crying it is normal to be sore from a leg workout if you just started a new routine
but as your body adapts the soreness will go away.

Not if your intensity is up there. It isn't always debilitating, but you should be cursing and thanking God for leg day two days out. I can barely walk today after doing legs Friday too. It's awesome.

The difference between involved and committed can best be explained using a bacon and egg breakfast as an example: The chicken is involved but the pig is committed.
