Allright.....I'm 5'5", 101lbs., 20yrs. old. I have a lifetime membership to a gym, do I use it? Hell no! I have been too damn lazy to even think about going. I need to get back into the swing of things. I used to go to the gym faithfully and use almost every machine in there. At home, I used to use the treadmill for speedwalking, do lunges and squats along with lifting 10lb. weights. I only want to get my <little> muscles toned again, and my body back in great form. I can't afford to lose any weight, especially in the chest area (if you know what I mean!). What would be the best exercises/methods to use when I go to the gym? I would like to start ASAP, winter is just about here, and I can't stand to get anymore lazy than I already am! Could anyone help me PLEASE?! All information/comments are greatly appreciated.
