I've noticed a dip between my chest and abs, the area where the little abdominal muscles lie right underneath the chest. When i flex my abs, the dip fills in. So could it be that i just need more ab work? I've seen this problem with practically every teen my age who has low body fat. So could it be a matter of physical maturity? Thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

no I think it is just anatomy and genetics. if you take a HUGE breath of air in and do a front double bicep pose will the "concave" be there or not?? I has the opp. effect, very slight distention. It's not underdevopled abs. ![]() ![]() ![]()

When i take a deep breath and hit a double bicep pose the dip fills in, so i'm not sure what the problem is. Pretty well every skinny kid i've seen has this same dip, that's i figured it might be a matter of muscular development. If not, wouldn't some ab work help fill it in? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
