Hey bro that workout doesn't look too bad. The only problem I had with training 2 bodyparts per workout was that the second body part being trained didn't get the same benefit as the first bodypart. I was too fatigued to work the second part hard enough.

I also didn't like training tri's with chest or biceps with back. Same reason applied. I was already fatigued and couldn't handle maximum poundages that I normally would with bi's or tri's. Now I always train bi's and tri's on arm day. You also might want to consider raising reps a little bit higher. I never seem to get a good pump or get really sore using low reps.

I've tried to train 2 bodyparts per session but found it better to train 1 bodypart per week and blast it as hard as possible. Just my opinion. Good luck to you

Not bad. I would drop one tricep exercise (or rotate). Once you get to them, your triceps will have already been hit pretty hard. I would also drop one bicep exercise (same reason) and substitute it with shrugs or deads. I would also drop leg extensions and do hack squats. Maybe alternate one cycle and do shrugs on back day and then stiff-legged deads on leg day and then the next cycle do regular deads on back day and then leg curls on leg day. Just a few thoughts.

i did the same thing for a while with so so results, have recently switched to 1 body part a day....5 days on 2 off. i do two sets of ten with 65-70% of my max and have never had such a good work out...also bro...on your chest work out, i would recommend DB incline flyes!!! as with a couple of other guys....i work arms in one day both tris and bis, back one day, legs, shoulders, chest. abs on days 1,3,5. cardio on days 2,4,6. its help me break out of my plateau and it hurts like hell!!! oh dont you love it!!! just my 2 cents.

Looks pretty good - I would drop one one tri exercise and one bicep exercise. I would also replace (or alternate) decline bench with weighted dips. Also replace pulldowns w/weighted chins and alternate bo row w/deads. Keep squats but drop ext and replace with hacksquat or legpress. Also, i prefer stifflegged deads for hams rather than curls. Rep range looks good as long as you are using the heaviest weight possible to get those 4-6 good reps. Some people like doing bi's and tri's together - I prefer to do mine on chest and back days. I've tried both and I grow better this way but, you should try both and see with way best suits you. Remember whenever your liftin heavy to consume lots of calories/protien and get lots of sleep. Hope this helps.
