I've recently revised my weekly routine and have decided to go with a rather uncommen practice; the power day. Once a week, i do a workout consisting of what are called the big three; bench press, squat and deadlift. So far it's working well and i'm adding weight and reps. What do you guys think of this concept? | ||

good idea.but why not add a powerlifting cycle every so often it works for me.it makes you able to use heavier poundages in your bodybuilding workouts when you go back to these type of workouts. hope this helps big bear | ||
