I've recently revised my weekly routine and have decided to go with a rather uncommen practice; the power day. Once a week, i do a workout consisting of what are called the big three; bench press, squat and deadlift. So far it's working well and i'm adding weight and reps. What do you guys think of this concept?

good idea.but why not add a powerlifting cycle every so often it works for me.it makes you able to use heavier poundages in your bodybuilding workouts when you go back to these type of workouts.
