My biceps are my life. its the best part of my body now i don't just do biceps i do all my parts of my body one time a week but i need a good work out rountien for my biceps mass and strengh. i usully work out biceps and shoulder at the same time. this is my bicep rountien.... sets reps hammercurls 3 4-6 barbellcurls 2 4-6 inclinehammercurls 2 4-6 cable curl 2 4-6 i don't want my shoulder work out change but if you want put your own rountien if you want thanks guys ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

do one or two exercises in the 8-12 rep range. (*cable curls) and make sure that your back workout is distant in the week so you let them grow. looks good. (I do better with 3 exercises) I do biceps with my shoulders and triceps. this is my workout. mon- chest/back this has been a badass layout for me. close grip smith press- 4 sets weighted dips- 4 sets tricep pressdowns- 4 sets *reverse 1 arm tricep cable pressdown. (all exercises are supersets, my arms get inflated to the max with this routine.) ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I change my bicep workout frequently because my muscles tend to get accustomed realy fast so I need to keep them guseeing.
