My biceps are my life. its the best part of my body now i don't just do biceps i do all my parts of my body one time a week but i need a good work out rountien for my biceps mass and strengh. i usully work out biceps and shoulder at the same time. this is my bicep rountien....
sets reps
hammercurls 3 4-6
barbellcurls 2 4-6
inclinehammercurls 2 4-6
cable curl 2 4-6

i don't want my shoulder work out change but if you want put your own rountien if you want thanks guys

do one or two exercises in the 8-12 rep range. (*cable curls) and make sure that your back workout is distant in the week so you let them grow. looks good. (I do better with 3 exercises)

I do biceps with my shoulders and triceps.

this is my workout.

mon- chest/back
tue- off
wed- legs
thur-off
fri- shoulders, tris, bis
weekend off.
mon- chest
tue- legs
wed- off
thur- back, (1 set hammer curls)
fri- shoulders, tris
weekend off.

this has been a badass layout for me.
my arm workout:

close grip smith press- 4 sets
BB curl- 4 sets

weighted dips- 4 sets
incline DB curl- 4 sets

tricep pressdowns- 4 sets
cable preacher curls- 4 sets

*reverse 1 arm tricep cable pressdown.

(all exercises are supersets, my arms get inflated to the max with this routine.)

I change my bicep workout frequently because my muscles tend to get accustomed realy fast so I need to keep them guseeing. But this is my favorite routine and has given me very good benefits:

All the sets are to failure

Barbell curls-- 4 sets 8,6,6,4
Dumbbell incline curls--- 4 sets 8,6,6,4
(varying the incline of bench)
Cable curls with a rope--- 4 sets 8,6,6,4
At the top of this movement turn your palms up, hold for a 2 count, and then bring it down slowly (unbelievable pump.)
