Deep! The deeper you go, the more it works the chest. ------------------ Train......................(S)mart

In part the lure of using dumbells is the freedom of movement. With db's you utilize third tier muscles ordinarilly not used with bb's. The only drawback with db's is the fact that going for very slow reps or negatives is tuff. Recently I revised my workout. In fact this past saturday I did chest. 6 sets incline db's w/ 100's starting with 12 reps going to 6 on last set.
Today I'm sitting in my office with very sore and very large pecs. "Bodybuilding is about sharing, so when someone asks if they can touch you, let them"

Go deep when you can. If your shoulders limit or hurt you, then go a little shallower. B True |
