Im about 18%bf and I was wondering what is a reasonable time frame for losing bf? I would like to get it down a bit more without getting discouraged. thanks I lift 3 times a week...decent diet and do cardio 4-5 times a week 30 minutes at a time. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

If your goal is to maintain/add muscle mass while shedding fat, then a reasonalbe goal would be 1 to 2 lbs a week. Typically anymore than that will start cutting into your lean body mass. My suggestion is to add 3 days of early morning cardio on an empty stomach for no longer than 45 minutes per day. If that doesn't work then i'd cut back on my daily caloric intake. Startout with maybe 300 calories less a day. ![]() ![]() ![]()
