Take a look at my workout schedule. I'm in a cycle of deca/test/dbol/winstrol. Do you think I have too much recovery time between muscle groups? And is there any thing I should do to improve? Monday (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Outer forearms) Push exercises Bench Press 4 sets
30 min cardio Wednesday (Legs) Squat 6 sets Thursday (Cardio) 30 min cardio
30 min cardio Sunday Off!

Bro - only you will know if your overtraining! What is your body telling you? You keep asking us as if we all about your genetic make-up. Pick a workout plan, stick with it and see how you react. If it's not the results you want change it. Need to take into account how much sleep and how much (and what) your eating. Hope this helps.

I agree with He-man. It's all relative. Overtraining doesn't happen over night. It's a long process, and when it does catch up with you, you should be able to tell. Overtraining has been a big buzz word for years now. I think more people need to worry about undertraining. |
