Take a look at my workout schedule. I'm in a cycle of deca/test/dbol/winstrol. Do you think I have too much recovery time between muscle groups? And is there any thing I should do to improve?

Monday (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Outer forearms) Push exercises

Bench Press 4 sets
Incline Press 3 sets
Incline flyes 3 sets
Dips 3 sets
Shoulder Press behind and in front of neck 3 sets each
Shoulder Raises front and sides 3 sets each
Skullcrushers 4 sets
Tricep Extensions 3 sets
Forearm extensions 3 sets


Tuesday (Cardio, abs, calves, anterior tibialus, hand grip, neck)

30 min cardio
abs
calf raises seated and standing 4 sets each
toe raises 4 sets
super hard hand grip workout for 20 minutes
Neck exercises all 4 directions 3 sets each

Wednesday (Legs)

Squat 6 sets
Lunges 4-5 sets
Leg extension 4-5 sets
Leg curl 4-5 sets

Thursday (Cardio)

30 min cardio


Friday (Back, Biceps, inner forearms) Pull Exercises


DeadLift 4-5 sets
Lat pulldown front and back 4-5 each varying grips
Bent Over rows 4 sets
Standing curl 4 sets
Isolation curl 4 sets
Hammer curl 4 sets
Forearm curl 3 sets


Saturday (Cardio, abs, calves, anterior tibialus, hand grip, neck)

30 min cardio
abs
calf raises seated and standing 4 sets each
toe raises 4 sets
Super hard hand grip workout for 20 minutes
Neck exercises all 4 directions 3 sets each

Sunday Off!

Bro - only you will know if your overtraining! What is your body telling you? You keep asking us as if we all about your genetic make-up. Pick a workout plan, stick with it and see how you react. If it's not the results you want change it. Need to take into account how much sleep and how much (and what) your eating. Hope this helps.

I agree with He-man. It's all relative. Overtraining doesn't happen over night. It's a long process, and when it does catch up with you, you should be able to tell. Overtraining has been a big buzz word for years now. I think more people need to worry about undertraining.
