I have about heard it all, you should do this many sets or that many sets, who knows how much we are really supposed to do. I have heard people say don't do more than 12 sets per body part and then I went to a seminar with Sergio Olivia and he said he used to do more than 30 sets on his chest alone! He did not seem to have any problems gaining since he did win Mr. O. So whats the deal are we really just under eating when we feel over trained? Anyones comments.

"If it feels good keep going" -Arnold just get out of the gym in less than 1 hour 30 min. 30 sets for chest is Way to much. besides in "the education of a bodybuilder" by Arnold it says that all sergio would do is bench press and partial reps. doubt 30 sets and start eating more, If you have to ask if your undereating then you ARE.

Keep in mind that doing 30 sets probably wasn't the only thing making Sergio as huge as he is. |
