I just crawled back into my house. I didn't quite make it through the workout I got a fantastic quad workout, (can't wait till they hit 27.5" just a 1/4" to go!! yeah) I'll have to do calves tomorrow with shoulders. and hams with back friday it's all good [This message has been edited by Valdez (edited November 02, 2000).] ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
