squats
hack squats
SLDL
leg curls
leg press toe raises (going up to 1100lbs today, my tendon has healed yay!)
seated leg curls

wham bam thank you mamm, in and out in under 45 min. see you later ladies.

I just crawled back into my house.

I didn't quite make it through the workout barfed after supersetting leg press with hack squats! made it outside the gym though.

I got a fantastic quad workout, (can't wait till they hit 27.5" just a 1/4" to go!! yeah)

I'll have to do calves tomorrow with shoulders. and hams with back friday it's all good
