You look good. All you need to do is bulk up, if that is your goal. Just focus on the five important lifts and you will grow.

1. Squat
2. Deadlifts
3. Bench Press
4. Pulldowns or Chins
5. Shoulder Press

Optional: include some accessory work for arms, abs and calves. Here's a good split to try.

Monday
Squat
Bench Press
Pulldown
Standing Calf Raise

Thursday
Deadlift
Shoulder Press
Dumbbell Curl
Crunch

This is a good basic HIT routine. The object is to use less work sets, but make the most out of each set. I recommend doing 1-3 sets on each exercise. Keep the rep range for squats, deadlifts, calf raises: 12-20; bench press, shoulder press, pulldown, curl: 6-8; crunches: 15-25. Warm up by doing 2-3 light sets. Before you start to workout at full intensity, take a few weeks to get your lifting technique down. Just ask person who is familiar with those lifts to show you proper form. When you get each exercise down, train to failure on each work set.

Three things to help you stay injury free.
1. Always take the time to warm up.
2. Always use a spotter on work sets.
3. Always use proper form.

Three things to help you get big and strong.
1. Productive training
2. Rest
3. Diet

Good luck, if you have any questions about HIT or anything else, please ask me. You can email me, post here (sometimes I may not be able read it) or post on my site. Keep liftin.

I was gonna say too Val... lol but since Gymnyc is only 5 months into his training.

That workout that HB mention should help him kick some serious butts.
