Basic push/pull routines will always give results if intensity is number 1 rule of thumb.
One comment;looks to be about 20 sets for chest, personally that's way too much for me.
Consider getting that down to 12-15 sets.

I'd drop one exercise for chest and def. two for biceps. biceps are on your back day, meaning they'll be subjected to heavier weight than any curl would give it. your biceps will overtrained bigtime.

rest looks good!

You will overtrain on this routine. I recommend finding a program that is productive. Check out some HIT methods. Good luck. www.cyberpump.com

You think I'm still overtraining if I'm juicing heavily? What do I need to take out? I have a lot of work to be done. my biceps, triceps, back, calves are all pitiful. and my hamstrings. all i got is a decent chest and shoulders and I'm cut

To the guy who posted the routine:
Why don't you just try your routine?
If you feel overtrained/tired and you don't grow anymore, delete some exercises. But if you're doing a lot of juice and have amazing genetics (who knows) you might grow. Just try it and listen carefully to your body.
I mean all the guys (including me) on the board can advise you, but in the end, YOU are the best judge of your own body.
I mean I've seen guys doing mega long workouts and in theory(sp?) they should had overtrained themselves, but they were not, they were growing, they didn't even juice and were training for a couple of years.
I'm not saying that anyone could grow on this high volume, because some people I know get the best results from working out HIT style and would overtrain on such volume.

I couldnt finish that workout. Are you sure you are not doing to much. I have a certain amount of energy then its over. I couldnt give my kind of intensity and get through it all.
