Please let me know what changes I need to make to this routine. I'm taking 400mg deca/500mg sust/30mg dbol a day
Keep in mind all I have is free weights and a weak lat pulley thing

Monday
Bench 4 sets pyramid last set to failure

mods don't help with personal routines, BTW if your doing a cycle don't you think you should get your ass in a GYM!!!!

Oh yeah also, If your on a cycle don't you think you should know how to workout? I'm not you, mods aren't you. We don't know how your body responds: get some experience, then hit the juice.

Damn bro even on gear that's alot of work! Valdez is right on though - everyone's body reacts different. Mods have no idea what kind of genetics, diet, sleep habits you have. If anyone should know it should be you

ok....i can see no one else is gonna touch this with a ten foot pole, s o here it goes.
1. get the fuck of drugs until you know exactly what you are doing in terms of training / nutriton / the whole damn thing.

ok, juice sermon over, here goes with the reconstruction...i have copied and pasted your workout here, with comments and criticism where applicable. It now reads bad, but i cant be arsed sorting this piece of shit out in full.

Monday
Bench 4 sets pyramid last set to failure...drop 2 sets. do both sets to fail.

OK.
So now you press on training day one, squat abs calves and grip on 2nd training day, and do deads, rows and chins on 3rd training day.
All the other stuff you had was extraneous bullshit. I suggest you get an education about training before you use drugs. BTW i am sending your original post to several powerlifters and experienced BBers so they can laugh at you. Learn, and apply. No one i have ever seen could recover from the volume you suggest. 90% of your exercises were baby crap that is not real work. To even attempt 4 sets of squats followed by deadlifts shows you are not working hard. When you finsh a set of squats you should be unable to walk for a good 5 mins or so, certainly not popping up to look for 4 sets of deadlifts.
If you have a great desire to look likea marathon runner, continue with your original program. If you would like to become big and strong, then i suggest you have a shot at my ideas. Cheers, G.

So you come here, with no real life experience to speak of, and you listen to some guy changing your routine for you?
Now I have to say in the words of the great Mr. Garrison "Drugs are bad, mmmk."
now your routine is overkill, you're doin too much work and will burn into the great if you don't have great genetics.
I say try your routine out for a couple of weeks, if you feel ok and are gaining and not running out of energy than stick with it, if not then go with less, and if you think you can do more than do more. It's all a matter of genetics, and if you can handle it then listen to nobody else cuz in the end you'll prove them wrong.
