Please let me know what changes I need to make to this routine. I'm taking 400mg deca/500mg sust/30mg dbol a day Keep in mind all I have is free weights and a weak lat pulley thing Monday
Standing calf raise
Saturday Same as tuesday and thursday Sunday Off. What should I add to this? Should I set it up the way I have it? Grouping chest/shoulders/triceps Back/Biceps Legs? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

ok....i can see no one else is gonna touch this with a ten foot pole, s o here it goes. 1. get the fuck of drugs until you know exactly what you are doing in terms of training / nutriton / the whole damn thing. ok, juice sermon over, here goes with the reconstruction...i have copied and pasted your workout here, with comments and criticism where applicable. So you come here, with no real life experience to speak of, and you listen to some guy changing your routine for you? Now I have to say in the words of the great Mr. Garrison "Drugs are bad, mmmk." now your routine is overkill, you're doin too much work and will burn into the great if you don't have great genetics. I say try your routine out for a couple of weeks, if you feel ok and are gaining and not running out of energy than stick with it, if not then go with less, and if you think you can do more than do more. It's all a matter of genetics, and if you can handle it then listen to nobody else cuz in the end you'll prove them wrong.
